Hapus akun MathBattle
Kamu bisa menghapus akunmu kapan saja, langsung dari aplikasi. Akun langsung terhapus.
- Buka MathBattle.
- Ketuk tab Profil, lalu gulir ke Pengaturan.
- Ketuk Hapus akun, lalu Hapus.
Tidak punya aplikasinya lagi?
Kirim email ke support@mathgobattle.com dengan judul "Hapus akun" dan sebutkan nama pemainmu (misalnya "Kancil Cepat"). Kalau progresmu tersimpan dengan Google, kirim dari alamat Google itu agar kami bisa memastikan akunnya milikmu. Kami menghapusnya dalam 7 hari dan membalas emailmu.
Atau, kalau progresmu tersimpan dengan Google: pasang MathBattle lagi, ketuk Masuk dengan Google di tab Profil, lalu hapus akun seperti di atas.
Data yang dihapus
- Nama pemain dan tahun lahir
- Trofi dan riwayat trofi
- Tautan ke akun Google
- Catatan persetujuan orang tua, termasuk sidik (hash) alamat email orang tua
- Login di semua HP
Data yang tetap ada, tanpa identitasmu
- Hasil pertarungan yang sudah dimainkan tetap ada di riwayat lawanmu, tetapi tidak terhubung lagi denganmu.
- Data penggunaan aplikasi (misalnya lama antrean) tanpa tanda pengenal.
Salinan cadangan terenkripsi dari server terhapus otomatis paling lama 3 bulan setelah akun dihapus.
Delete your MathBattle account
You can delete your account at any time, right in the app. It is deleted at once.
- Open MathBattle.
- Tap the Profile tab, then scroll to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete.
Don’t have the app any more?
Email support@mathgobattle.com with the subject "Delete account" and your player name (for example "Kancil Cepat"). If your progress is saved with Google, send it from that Google address so we can confirm the account is yours. We delete it within 7 days and reply to your email.
Or, if your progress is saved with Google: install MathBattle again, tap Sign in with Google on the Profile tab, then delete the account as above.
What is deleted
- Player name and birth year
- Trophies and trophy history
- The link to your Google account
- Parent consent records, including the hash of the parent’s email address
- Sign-ins on every phone
What stays, without your identity
- Results of battles already played stay in your rivals’ history, no longer linked to you.
- App usage data (such as queue times) with no identifier.
Encrypted backups of the server are deleted automatically within 3 months after the account is deleted.
